WHAT WE DO
AMPACC Law Group, PLLC is a boutique intellectual property firm. We offer the personalized attention of a small firm that is coupled with the expertise of a large firm. Our team includes seasoned intellectual property and legal professionals who have years of experience working in premier U.S. law firms. Our professionals leverage a blend of legal and technical expertise to optimize our clients’ intellectual property portfolios while meeting their business objectives.
STORY & HISTORY
AMPACC Law Group, PLLC was established in 2008 by founding partner Steve Cho. After several years as a partner at a major international law firm, Steve’s vision was to provide the same high quality of legal services that large law firms provide, but with more client-oriented attention. With this in mind, he created AMPACC with an emphasis on providing excellent client service and transparent fee structures.
AMPACC has experienced much success and has grown from one attorney in one geographic location to lawyers and professionals spread out across four locations. This growth has come with the expansion of our technical and legal expertise. Regardless of the size or subject matter of your intellectual property portfolio, AMPACC is equipped to manage it.
VALUE & PHILOSOPHY
Client-centered service is foundational to our philosophy. Great legal work is a given in a practice area like intellectual property, which draws highly educated professionals. We believe that providing high-quality work product goes hand-in-hand with excellent client service. This means we are committed to meeting our clients’ legal needs without sacrificing personalized attention.
MISSION & SERVICES
Our mission is to serve and support our clients above and beyond the current industry standards. We help our clients focus on the quality of their IP, not just the cost. A strong IP portfolio lays the groundwork for the success of a business. We help clients build strong, robust intellectual property portfolios, closely working with them to procure IP rights, and not only enforce but monetize those hard-earned rights when the time comes.
