Biography
Stephen’s practice focuses on strategic counseling related to the creation, ownership, and exercise of rights related to technology. His practice includes negotiating and drafting technology agreements, offensive and defensive patent analysis, patent portfolio management, advising on patent sales and acquisitions and providing intellectual property support to corporate transactions. Stephen’s extensive experience, including as the director of patents for a semiconductor company, enables him to solve legal problems in ways that work for the businesses of his clients. He has significant experience dealing with non-US intellectual property issues.
Stephen has advised clients in the fields of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment, integrated circuits and discrete semiconductor devices, consumer products, renewable energy and automotive.
